The picture of what I ordered and the picture of what my sister received was completely different. I understand that some flowers aren't in stock however to see a much smaller and less compact bouquet and also the cheapest flowers you can buy instead of gerberas was very disappointing. Especially having paid £28. I was really disapointed with what I got and if not contacted about this, probably won't use this company again even tho I will have frequent need for flower delivery since I am not living with my family in the UK. *Feefo removed personal details*
